LORI GIBSON WASHINGTON
Formerly an instructor for International Business Negotiations at the University of California at Berkeley's International Diploma Program, Lori Gibson Washington founded Gibson Washington Consulting (GWC) in 1995.
With over 20 years experience consulting in diversity and leadership, Lori has served organizations such as American Honda, Hewlett Packard, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Gould Electronics, and Transamerica Life Companies. GWC's current client list includes Seagram Chateau and Estate Wines Company, Nabisco Company, Beyond Pix Video Productions, and American Express Establishment Services.
Educated at Georgetown University and UCLA, certified in Myers-Briggs, LIFO, and FIRO-B, Lori specializes in helping groups improve team dynamics and synergize the value of difference both in the workplace and in the marketplace.
A San Francisco Bay Area resident, Lori engages audiences, establishing a non-threatening atmosphere that inspires open, honest, fruitful discussion.

VANGIE LOPEZ
Vangie Lopez has a passion: she loves helping people maneuver through life's challenging transitions to reach positive and powerful outcomes.
With over twenty years in Human Resources, she is an expert mentor in leadership, employee relations (including international HR management), team effectiveness, and strategic planning.
Vangie attended Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz, California, then developed her skills and insights working in Human Resources at American Express, Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies, and the San Francisco Heart Association.
Recent consulting includes Delta Head Start School, Los Angeles, where she mentored in diversity and team effectiveness training. At San Francisco’s Jelani House, a home for women in transition, she taught courses in Interviewing for Success, Dressing for Success, and performance training.
Vangie is a panel speaker and representative for Oakland’s Wardrobe for Opportunity, an organization that provides clothing to women in need of clothes for job interviews. She is also a trainer in their Pathways program.

Frederika Haskell envisions a world where people work and play well together in
all aspects of their lives. Her work is infused with a passion for integrity, quality, mutual respect, and enhancing the customer experience.
By aligning employee strengths and talents, she helps businesses and groups manage workplace conflict, promote teamwork, and support organizational objectives.
With a graduate degree in Organizational Development/Human Resources from the University of San Francisco, Frederika has spent 25 years working in business settings that range from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has intimate knowledge of the organizational challenges of start-ups, mid-size companies, and larger, mature organizations.
She has worked with American Express, TRS Co., Blue Shield of California, Merit Resource Group, and San Francisco Zen Center, among others.
Fredrika Haskell
CHRIS STEWART
Chris Stewart brings twenty years of corporate management experience to GWC. She has managed a large call center and been both an account manager and project manager at the national corporate level for American Express.
At the corporate level she has coached in leadership, skills assessment, team building, team efficiency, improved project management, and process improvement. She ran large national cross-functional project teams. Besides consulting, Chris also sells residential real estate in both the San Francisco Bay Area and the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
She has coached individuals on achieving their goals whether it’s achieving their next promotion, educational objective, or real estate investment. Chris holds a degree in Organizational Development and Behavior. At American Express she received the Diversity Award, Y2K Project Achievement, and the Outstanding Contribution Award.
Her passions also include her bearded collies and riding her motorcycle.
